Have you come across a way of returning contact details for neighbourhood policing teams? I can return the bio, name and rank using leicestershire/CO1/people but no email or number.

Re: Police.uk Update and Droidcon 2011

Hey is there a new joint program coming up ?

Re: Police.uk Update and Droidcon 2011

link didnt work, any issue?

Re: Using Eclipse under Ubuntu 11.04 (Natty)

No problem!

Re: Using Eclipse under Ubuntu 11.04 (Natty)

This is really a nice post, which worked for me.
I was tearing my hair out on this. Agreed that I would give the global menu thing a good go, but Eclipse just wasn't the same without its menus :)

There are no actions in the app that I feel are global enough to warrant a button for it being on every screen. I guess you could argue that a button to get to the current location would be sort of in that category, but I'm not sure really. I think I'll finish off the app without it and see if it's something I should add once I can play with the app a bit. My gut feeling is that in this app it would be a bit redundant.

Obviously there would be one if I made a tablet version of the app ;-)

Re: The Weekend Project – Progress So Far

Hi again, tried the rooting and flashing the rom. worked great for me...
